Following publication of the Ingleby Arncliffe Community Plan, the decision was made to prepare a Neighbourhood Plan. This was because several issues had arisen as a result of the Community Plan process that the Parish Council wished to address, including the needs for additional housing within the villages.
Consequently, a Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group was formed to progress the drafting of a Plan for the Parish.
